OUR PRODUCTS

We use Carmagnola bell peppers, aubergines, beefsteak tomatoes, courgettes, carrots, pumpkins, cauliflowers and onions to produce appetizers and sweet and sour or pickled vegetables. We use apricots, peaches, pears, plums, cherries and strawberries to produce jams, nectars and canned fruit. All vegetables and fruits are processed fresh.

We don’t produce exclusively preserved goods! We use both fresh and preserved products to manage the canteen of the renowned company “GAI S.p.A.” of Ceresole d’Alba, global leader in producing filling and packaging machines for wine and beer. Our collaboration rises from the desire of the owners to offer the best to their employees also during lunch breaks, with fresh food, truly farm-to-table and prepared on site.
